MIRACLE MOMENTS... IT CAN HAPPEN TO YOU, TOO!
After a while, Jesus' mother came to Him and said... they have no wine.
Jesus said to His mother...
Woman, why are you telling me? My hour has not yet come.
Mary knew Jesus was the Son of God... for the angel had told her before his birth.
She had seen God always provide for their needs.
Perhaps, God was nudging her heart, to encourage her son, to reveal his Almighty power...
Wisely she said to the servants...
Whatever he says to you, do it.
Nearby, there were 6 stone water jars, purified according to the ceremonial washing of the Jews.
Jesus instructed the servants to fill each one to the brim with water.
Jesus then said... draw out from the jars and take some to the governor of the feast.
When the ruler of the feast took a drink, he called the bridegroom and said...
Every man at the beginning of a celebration brings out the best wine first, and when the men are drunk, brings out the worst... but you have kept the good wine until now.
With this miracle... he revealed his glory, and his disciples believed on him. We don’t know the name of the couple who’s wedding Jesus attended that day; but we do know that inviting him into their new life, brought joy and happiness to their special event.
Today you may be feeling empty, unloved, and afraid.
Precious one...
Run to Jesus and let him help you.
He bore your sins on the cross and rose from the grave.
He freely offers to carry you through your valley of darkness, into the light.
He wants to take your sins and scars... your doubts and fears...
And exchange your mess... into a miracle.... just like he did for this young couple.
Whatever He says... Do It!!!
God created marriage,
For he knew we'd need a friend.
To share our hopes and dreams with.
And love us 'till the end.
God created marriage,
To teach us how to share.
All our earthly assets,
and make us more aware...
That someone else's feelings,
Are more important than our own.
And none of us is perfect,
So we can't cast a stone.
God created marriage,
To teach us to forgive.
His life was our example,
He showed us how to give.
God created marriage,
To teach us how to say...
"I love you" to another person,
Each and every day.
